The Sonnhalde development is located on a hillside lot of approximately 12,000 square meters in Waldkirch-Kollnau and consists of a residential complex with a total of eight apartment buildings and over 140 residential units. The completed apartments from the first construction phase are ready to move in, and the second construction phase will begin this year.
Depending on the unit, the apartments feature 3 to 4 rooms and vary in size. Spacious terraces, garden areas, or balconies extend the living space outdoors. The buildings are arranged to ensure unobstructed views, ample natural light, and privacy.
The residential complex is built according to the KfW-40 standard and features a sustainable energy concept that includes heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, and a high-quality building envelope. The project has been awarded the “Sustainable Building” (QNG) seal of quality.
