Now the two owners want to sell part of their property and find new neighbours. The owners would like to stay in part of the complex and focus more on their art projects.

The properties are situated in an easily accessible, quiet location with fantastic views in the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia: Lake Afritzer is approx. 10 minutes away, Ossiacher See approx. 30 minutes and Millstätter See 45 minutes away.
